What do we do?

The National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) is a decentralized body of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP), with powers in matters of authorization, regulation, supervision and sanction over the various sectors and entities that make up the financial system. in Mexico, as well as on those individuals and legal entities that carry out activities provided for in the laws related to the financial system.
